  • Installation and configuration of basic switches for wired connections.

  • Basic Ethernet runs for structured cabling.

  • Support for self-managed security camera systems.

• Advanced Business Network Setup:

  • Installation of enterprise-grade routers and firewalls for enhanced security and performance.

  • Configuration of managed PoE (Power over Ethernet) switches for security cameras, VoIP phones, and other connected devices.

  • Deployment of secure wireless networks with optimized Access Points (APs) for full business coverage.

  • Integration of self-monitored security camera systems (Note: Your Tech Doc does not provide ongoing monitoring services).

Your Tech Doc recommends a networking system that allows for remote network monitoring and support, which includes:

• Remote troubleshooting – Diagnose network issues and provide solutions without requiring an on-site visit.

• PoE device control – Restart security cameras, access points, and other devices remotely.

• Network configuration management – Adjust Wi-Fi settings, firewall rules, and other parameters as needed.

Data Security & IT Support Transition:

All network information and client data remain strictly confidential and protected. If a business decides to transition IT support away from Your Tech Doc, all network access credentials will be professionally transferred to the new IT provider, ensuring a smooth and secure handover.
